What is your processing time?
Each item is handmade to order. Processing typically takes 2-4 weeks before shipment.
Do you offer rush orders or custom requests?
If you’re on a timeline or have something specific in mind, send me a message before ordering and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is complete, it will ship out and you’ll receive a tracking email right away.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Are all items handmade?
Yes! Every piece is designed, sewn, and packaged in house 🤍
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each item is made individually, so fabric placement and small details may vary slightly, no two are exactly the same.
How should I care for my item?
To keep your piece looking its best, spot clean or gently hand wash and lay flat to dry. Some pieces can be washed on delicate and air dried.

What sizes do your cup sleeves fit?
Coffee sleeves fit 16–24 oz iced coffee cups (venti size). Regular can sleeves fit standard 12 oz cans, slim sleeves fit slim cans, and Weck jar sleeves fit .5L Weck Jars.
Will the coffee sleeve fit a grande?
No, the coffee sleeve is designed for larger cups (16–24 oz) and may not fit smaller sizes snugly.

How will I receive my pattern?
All patterns are digital downloads and will be available instantly after purchase.
Do you accept returns on patterns?
Due to the digital nature of these products, all pattern sales are final and non-refundable.
Can I sell items made from your pattern?
Yes! You’re welcome to sell finished items on a small scale using the pattern. However, the pattern itself may not be copied, shared, or resold. Credit must be given in the listing.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem, please reach out with photos and I’ll make it right.
