Because all items from Threads by KP are handmade and made to order, all sales are final.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve the problem.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.

Handmade Variations

Each item is handmade, so slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade items and are not considered defects.
